Welcome to Sheerin Bettle and Associates. We are a modern Architectural Practice with traditional values, based in the Market town of Ringwood which is located on the Western edge of the New Forest. The business has been in existence for over 45 years and continues to offer a full range of Architectural services to clients from the commercial, educational and domestic sectors.
Our current design team brings together the skill set of the Architect and Architectural Technologist. Which we believe gives our clients challenging design concepts combined with the technology base required to build in the twenty first century. We are a medium sized mixed discipline practice and as Architectural Professionals we regularly work along side of other construction consultants and specialist advisors which allows us to develop expertise in meeting the increasing demands of the latest Planning and Building Regulation requirements including energy efficient and acoustic designs.
Because of the size of our practice and our commitment to serve the local area we have built up a very good relationship with the Planning and Building Control departments in the counties of Hampshire and Dorset which includes the New Forest National Park. Our understanding of their policies and procedures allow us to evaluate schemes for acceptance within tight timescales.
In addition to our Architectural design services we are also qualified to act as CDM Coordinators for Non domestic projects where the 2007 Regulations require the appointment of a CDM Coordinator.
